To keep our cost as low as possible so that we can transfer that savings to you, we consolidate our orders every Monday and deliver only 3 times a week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). All goods should be delivered within 10 days or less. For example, orders made on Sunday will be delivered between Thursday to Saturday. Whereas orders made on Monday will be delivered by next week between Thursday to Saturday.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and send you a shipping confirmation email upon delivery of your item(s).
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. If your order has been fulfilled, your order details will be updated with a tracking number and URL.
If you opt for self collection, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and indicate the date and time you will be coming to collect your item(s). Your item(s) will then be reserved and has to be collected within 7 working days.
